Share & Pmail PDF Online
Did you ever need to get an individual or a group of people to edit or sign a PDF document? Even if you work together or live in the same city this might present a difficulty. But what if the collaborators live in different cities or even countries?
You can simply use PDFfiller to edit, comment and sign the same document together with your colleagues or partners.
When you’ve finished editing your document, click the arrow near Done and select Share in the drop-down menu.
Enter your first recipient’s email and name, then click Add Recipient to add up to ten recipients.
Set the sharing mode Can view, Can edit, Can sign for each recipient from the drop-down to the right of their names.
Press the Settings button above to continue. You can personalize the email your recipient will get by selecting a template Formal, Informal, Casual, editing the subject and the message with your request by typing over the default text for each.
Your business card will be created based on the contact information you have provided.
Set the reminder for the recipient to make sure they don’t miss your document.
To send your invitation to collaborate, click Share in the top right corner. An email with the direct link to the document will be sent to each recipient.
Collaborators can make changes based on the permissions you’ve set for each. They will be able to print, save or send the document when they’ve edited or signed it.
To view the shared document’s settings and changes made, go to MY DOCS > OUTBOX > Share. If you have sent the document to three recipients, three copies of the same document will appear in the Share folder.
To add or remove collaborators or to modify permissions, select the document and click Settings.

How do I email "MyForms"?
In the "Editor", click "Done" when you're finished making changes, then click "Email this form". From the "MyForms" page, you can also select the document and click the "Email" button to send it. Input recipient's information and click the "Send Email" button.
Can I email documents to someone else when I'm done editing?
Yes! You can send a document to someone else via email, pMail, or even SMS.
What is pMail?
pMail allows you to send a document directly to another PDFfiller account. The document will not be editable, but recipients can send, save, print, or fax any document received via pMail. Recipients are not required to have a preexisting PDFfiller account, as we will create a free account for those who do not have one.
What is the difference between pMail and Email?
pMail sends documents between PDFfiller accounts, with recipients receiving an email with a link to the document, and the document automatically appearing in their account. We create a free PDFfiller account for any recipients who do not already have one. Documents received via pMail cannot be edited by recipients, but they can print, save, or send the document with PDFfiller's export tools.
When you send a document via email or SMS, recipients will receive a link to the document and a security pin to download it. No PDFfiller account is required to access the document, and it will either be downloaded directly to the recipient's computer, or opened in their mobile device browser.
How do I switch between pMail, Email, and SMS?
pMail is the default email option for all PDFfiller subscriptions. To toggle between pMail and Email/SMS, navigate to My Account > Account Information > Document Sending Preference, and select the desired option.
How do I know that a document I emailed has been received?
We will notify you via email when a document sent via pMail has been access by your recipient(s) for the first time, as well as each time a document sent via email or SMS is downloaded.
You can also check the status of sent documents by navigating to MyForms > Sent [and History] > Sent pMail/Email/SMS.
If I send a document to someone with pMail, email, or SMS, how long will it remain available for retrieval on the PDFfiller server?
Documents sent via pMail can be accessed by recipients indefinitely, unless they delete the document. Deleting the record of the document from your sent folder will not revoke access to the document.
Links to documents sent via email or SMS remain active for 30 days from the date the document was sent, and recipients can access downloaded documents until they choose to delete them.
Where can I view all the emails I've sent and received?
A record of Sent pMail, email, and SMS messages can be found in MyForms > Sent [and History] > Sent pMail/Email/SMS. You may also access and resend documents from this page. You also have to option to send yourself a copy of all sent pMail and CC yourself on any sent email during the sending process. These records will be sent to the email account associated with your PDFfiller account.
Received pMail messages and documents can be found in MyForms > InBox > Received pMail. Received email and SMS messages will only be available in your email inbox or on devices associated with your mobile phone number, respectively, and cannot be accessed once deleted.
I sent a document, but it hasn't arrived. Where is it?
If an email or pMail you sent was not delivered, ask your recipient(s) to check their junk or spam folder. You should also check your inbox and spam/junk folder to ensure the message did not bounce back to you. If you have confirmed that the message was not marked as spam or junk and did not bounce, try sending the document again.
If a document sent via SMS has not been received, check your sent folder to ensure that the mobile phone number has been entered properly. Also please note there can be delays in SMS delivery for various reasons. If the SMS has not been received after 10 minutes, try sending it again.

Can multiple people collaborate on editing a document with PDFfiller.com?
Yes! You and your friends can collaborate on the same document with PDFfiller.com's "Share" feature. This feature enables collaboration and editing with other PDFfiller.com users.
Can I share my documents with another PDFfiller user?
Yes, you can share your documents for reading only, or grant others access to edit them.
